Front Entry Style

 photo IMG_3773-001_zps7b51d180.jpg

Happy Wednesday!  Our front entry/porch area could use a little sprucing up.  It's a small space, so I would like to keep it simple and stick to classic elements.  I created an inspiration board below to get an idea of what might work out here.

I would love a large doormat and boxwood planter.  And a door knocker and hanging lantern would also add a little style.  I think a welcoming entry is so important.  It's the first thing your guest see when they pull up and come to the door.

Hope everyone's week is going well.

XO

  3. Love all of it! Hmmmm... thinking a monogram mat like that could be a pretty simple DIY project...

  5. I've been thinking about adding a pendant light to our porch too. We get no light on the porch so it's hard to put any plants out there.
    Love the mat too!

  6. Love those planters! My entry needs some major sprucing up too - it's been bare ever since taking down the holiday decorations!
